Dear contemporaries and future generations,

My name is Jérôme Bel, and I am an artist who worked in the field of choreography from 1994 to 2026. For me, dance has never been an end in itself, but rather a critical tool for addressing social and political issues. Having received public funding for my work, I have decided to make some of the performances I produced with total artistic freedom available to everyone.

I have therefore conceived a final work titled Jérôme Bel 1994–2026. It is a digital platform where you will find videos of performances, protocols for re-staging some of them, interviews, and more. All of this material is available to you free of charge and with no restrictions. I encourage you to download anything that interests you. You may use this material in any way you wish. No authorization is required, and everything is royalty-free.
